What we simplified
We handled communication design, brand identity, naming, and storytelling. The pupa stage, where transformation occurs subtly and from the inside out, is nature's most potent metaphor for change. This is where the name PUPA originated. The protective shell of a pupa and the modest shape of a lunchbox are two references that are simultaneously incorporated into the logo. When combined, they create a mark that connects everyday life and biology. The visual language was designed to represent the product rather than merely describe it. Green, vibrant, and intent. A company that views sustainability as an advancement rather than a sacrifice.








The Outcome
PUPA had a strong enough identity at launch to be recognized right away. In a market where most companies struggle to differentiate themselves from generic eco-labeling, PUPA stands out thanks to its memorable name and mark.
